Myles Delorme
Founder and owner Myles Delorme is a local family man with over 15 years of building experience. With his keen eye for problem solving and commitment to providing high quality workmanship, Peak Construction has become Golden’s premier contracting company. As a volunteer member of Golden’s search and rescue team and an avid mountain biker he’s been involved in the community for over a decade.
Sam Schofield
Project & Sales Manager. Sam brings his technical international knowledge of the construction trades both on the tools and behind the scenes. With a passion for bringing a project to life, client relationship-focused communication, and a sharp eye for detail, he guides homeowners from first concept through to final handover. In his spare time he enjoys DJing, skydiving and hanging out with his family.
Nicole Hunt
CFO. Nicole Hunt brings 20 years of administrative experience and a BBA to Peak Construction, where she manages the company’s financial operations with organization and care. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, snowboarding, and mountain biking.
Ryan Lavin
Ryan is originally from the UK and first came to Golden on vacation, then did the sensible thing and never left. Now calling the mountains home, he’s a red seal carpenter and has quickly become a valued part of the Peak Construction team. Outside of work you’ll find him keeping his chickens alive, chasing fish, and taking full advantage of the outdoors that convinced him to stay in the first place.
Ryan Sommerville
Ryan is a dedicated part of our snow removal team as well as an experienced carpenter, machine operator and jack of all trades. You’ll see him doing all sorts of jobs for us when he’s not in the plow truck or spreading sand. He spends his summers as a sky dive instructor and stays busy as a father of three.
Paul Tuck
Paul is Peak Construction’s go-to all-rounder and the onsite leader you want when things get busy. He can bounce from framing to finishes to sorting out whatever curveball the job throws that day, without turning it into a soap opera. Paul keeps the crew moving, the standards high, and the site running like it’s supposed to, steady, sharp, and always a couple steps ahead.
Kevin Keaney
Kevin a Red Seal carpenter who brings equal parts skill, calm leadership, and good mountain energy to every project. When he’s not building, you’ll probably find him out snowboarding, hanging with dogs, or soaking up the mountain life that makes this work feel like home.
Joseph Myatt
Originally from Australia, Joseph is a family man and new dad who’s gone all-in on mountain life. When he’s not on the job, he’s either out snowboarding or posted up with his family, soaking up the good stuff and recharging for the next round. Quietly stoked, always grounded, and clearly living where he’s meant to be.
Jeremy Lotholz
Jeremy is a family-first guy, finishing carpenter at Peak Construction, and the one you want around when it’s time to make a build look sharp and feel dialed. He’s got high standards for the details, and a quiet confidence that shows in his work.
Colin Shields
Colin comes from a construction family, so the trade’s are in his blood and he takes real pride in doing things properly. When he’s off site, he’s either skating or making music, basically swapping one kind of rhythm for another. Same vibe either way: show up, put in the reps, and make something solid that looks good doing it.
